Head Coach Pat Callaham

Head Coach Patrick Callaham is entering his 9th year of coaching, and his 4th at Missouri State. Callaham coached in St. Louis, Missouri for Parkway North and Parkway Central varsity high school teams. While there, Callaham worked with both offenses and defenses and made two state playoff appearances. While in St. Louis, Coach Callaham also spent three years as an Assistant Director for Metro Youth Lacrosse.

Since coming to Missouri State in 2009 as an Associate Head Coach, Callaham worked as the team's Offensive coordinator and head recruiter. As a member of the coaching staff Pat helped the Bears to two conference titles ('09, '10) and the team's first ever trip to the MCLA National Championships ('09, '10). During his three years at Missouri State Callaham and the Bears have had an overall record of 29-14 (.674) and a record of 21-2 (.913) against conference opponents.

Defensive Coordinator Dustin Rich

Dustin Rich played collegiate lacrosse at Missouri State where he was a three year letterman, captain for two years, and all conference player for 2 years while playing long stick midfield.

Rich has been with the team as a coach since 2010. In 2011, Missouri State held opponets to 9.5 goals per game, and only allowed opponets to score 35% man up, all while playing a schedule that ranked in the top 25 in the country. Rich brings knowledge of team and individual defense and a stingy work ethic to the team. Rich hopes to continue the long standing tradition Missouri State has had as one of the best defensive teams in the conference.
